PAY: Get paid weekly

Flatbeds/Open Decks - 78% of the line haul.
Dry Vans - 75% of the line haul.
100% fuel surcharge
Paid orientation
$175 weekly advance

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus = $500 at 6 months  $1,000 at 1 year $1,500 at 2 years  $2,000 3 years

Clean Inspections: $250 – Level I, $75 – Level II, $50 – Level III

Driver Referral Bonus = $2,500 = $100 at 1st dispatch $200 at 30 days $200 at 60 days $1,000 at 1 year $1,000 at 2 years.

Paid 2290 Heavy Vehicle Use Tax ($550)

OTR ONLY, No Local lanes.


  • At least 23 years old
  • 24 total months of CDL Class A driving experience
  • A minimum of 18 months in the last 3 years
  • Flatbed drivers need 1 full year of flatbed, step deck, or RGN experience within the last 3 years.
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years
  • Maximum of 8 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than one preventable accident in the last 3 years
