PAY STRUCTURE

• OTR Company Dry Van: 50-55CPM
• OTR Company Dry Refrigerated: 55-60CPM
• Lease Purchase Dry Van: $1.12-$1.17/mile plus FSC
• Lease Purchase Refrigerated: $1.17-$1.22/mile plus FSC
• Energy Division: 30-33%
• Team Drivers: 65-70CPM

ORIENTATION

• 3-day orientation
• Monday & Wednesday

REQUIREMENTS

• 12 months of Verifiable experience
• No Preventable DOT accidents
