Leave Denver Monday start delivering in Grand Rapids Wednesday am & finish in Detroit on Thursday – reload anything in Detroit & head to Munster IN/Chicago area – finish loading on Friday in that area & then head back to Denver to take a 34 break.
Single Driver: $0.50 per mile based on longevity and productivity
Pick and Drop Pay - $25 per stop – first and last stop not paid.
Daily Guarantee Pay – Single: $250.00 per day
Fuel Bonus – Paid on a graduated scale. Minimum of 7 mpg to qualify – Paid weekly based on last month's performance.

7.00 To 7.49 -- $.01 per mile
7.50 To 7.99 -- $.02 per mile
8.00 To 8.49 -- $.03 per mile
8.50 To 8.749 - $.04 per mile
8.75 and above - $.05 per mile
Safety Bonus – $0.02 per mile; paid weekly based on last month's performance. At fault accidents and claims are charged against the bonus at 50% of the bonus until costs are recovered. Maximum charged back is $2,000.00
Monthly Revenue Incentive Bonus – Based on a targeted goal of Driver wage @ less than 22% of revenue. The bonus is the difference between driver's total wage for the period and 22% of the linehaul revenue for the period.
Year End Truck Profitability bonus – 5% of truck net income for the period of December through November; paid the driver on December 15th (Christmas Bonus)
Driver Unloading – Paid based on activity and volume of work performed. Minimum pay amount is $24.50.
Chaining – $20 on / $20 off.
401(K) – DTS matches the employee contribution 50%, up to a maximum of 2%. A 4% contribution by the employee earns a 2% match by DTS.
- Begin earning one week of PTO from day one. Eligible to take PTO after six months. (2.5 days)
- Begin earning two weeks at the start year two.
- Begin earning three weeks at the start of year five.
- Begin earning four weeks at the start of year ten.
Health Insurance – DTS contributes $450 towards the monthly premium. You have the option to choose between a PPO or HSA plan. The weekly cost ranges from $10.32 to $58.06 for employee only coverage depending on the plan option chosen.
