At The Forward Group, we work 3 days/WK. We pay our Team 40/HRS/WK even if you finish in 30. We run day cabs and get our team home to Chattanooga every shift. What you do:
Run 12-14 hour shifts 3 days/week! 100% no touch, 90% drop and hook. No doubles, no triples, no HAZMAT. Our Team places safety first with nice late model trucks and a full set of safety technology. We ensure compliance at every level while driving an average of 350-450 miles/day from warehouse to warehouse.
What we do:
Have you home daily (trucks stay in our yard off Shallowford Rd, not at your house)
Pay you 40 HRS/WK- $22/hr + occasional OT as available + Performance bonus

What you need:
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A Commercial Driver License
Clean Motor Vehicle Record, DOT Med Card, and a good DAC/PSP reports
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
The ability to effectively use handheld technology and smart phone apps
The ability to work 12-14 HR shifts while driving a Class A tractor with 53' dry van trailer, driving up to 11 Hours/day
