Alpha Petroleum Transport, Inc. II is looking for dedicated and qualified Class A Drivers With Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements specializing, in the Transportation of Various Petroleum Products, HAZMAT, Vacuum truck work, Rolloff truck, who are willing to work hard and grow with us. If you are the kind of driver that wants to just hold the steering wheel this is not the job for you, but if you like to mix it up and work hard and learn this is the job for you.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year – Position is Hourly with lots of O/T which is paid at time and a half after 40HRS, pay rate is based on Experience in the industry range is $26.00 - $28.50 per hour again based on experience, this is not just a driving position you will be required to do some loading of drums and supplies daily. Prior Hazmat drum/vac truck work is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
- Our Alpha truck drivers are required to drive the truck to and from the loading facilities, to the customer's location, disposal sites, or back to the area office location depends on daily dispatch.
- This position requires the employee to pull the hose from the trucks hose tray and connect one end of the hose to the truck and the other end to the load valve, Vacuum tanker operations, Drum truck operations via liftgate and pallet jack.
- Maintain accurate work tickets based on the company's requirements, the work performed for the customer, as well as the ability to maintain accurate driving log books, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintenance files on the vehicle.
- Alerting appropriate supervision when mechanical defects are noted on the truck.
Qualifications:
- Class A License with Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements.
- Must possess a good work ethic, be honest, dependable, and have good communication skills.
- Must be able to lift and perform physical duties.
- Must have (2) years minimum driving with Class A License and experience in the field or similar position.
- Must comply with DOT and Hazardous Waste Regulations and maintain daily paperwork.
- Good understanding of paperwork ( i.e. manifests for Hazmat )
