Responsibilities and Capabilities
- Capability to drive a branded company vehicle (Cargo, Sprinter, and Transit Van) safely and sensibly.
- Ability to enter and exit the vehicle up to 150 times a day.
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience for every customer.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and result-driven capabilities.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, move, sort, and load packages up to 50 pounds into vehicles for deliveries.
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills with customers, co-workers, and on-site management and the general public.
Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence
- Consent to and pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and driving record review.
- Prior professional driving experience (preferred)
- This position requires the ability to lift (up to 50 pounds), bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch and stand for extended periods of time, in all weather conditions.
- Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles.
- Demonstrates reliability, commitment, and holds high ethical standards at all times.
- Demonstrates self-motivation, critical thinking, and the ability to work with a team as well as independently.
